Security in Workflows

Security events and information can be used within Workflows. These are located under User Security in the Objects list when configuring blocks.

Triggers


Trigger	Description
User Logged In	A user has logged in to Runtime.
User Logged Out	A user has logged out of Runtime.
Login Attempts Exceeded	A user has exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed.

Commands


Command	Parameters	Description
Logout		Logs out the currently signed in user.
Request Password Reset	Inactivity Timeout — The number of seconds the user is inactive.	Request that a user reset their password in Runtime
Request PIN Reset	Inactivity Timeout — The number of seconds the user is inactive.	Request that a user reset their PIN in Runtime.
Login With Credential	Credential — The Credential associated with the user's profile, as defined in the Access and Identity Management service.	Allows a user to log in using their corresponding Access and Identity Management Credential ID. Important: External Credential, must be enabled in the Sign-In Options to use this command.
Login With Token	Token — A token provided by a third-party system used when logging into Runtime.	Allows a user to log in using their corresponding Token.

Properties


Property	Description
Item ID	The unique identifier for this item.
Item Type	The Type of item this is.
Name	The value for this property is the Description configured via the property grid when the item is selected in Designer.
Logged In	Whether a user is currently logged in.
Currently Logged In Users Name	The name of the logged in user.
Is Security Enabled	Whether security is enabled in the project.
