Stop Users from Exiting Runtime using Windows Hotkeys

You may need to ensure users cannot exit Runtime using conventional methods such as using the Alt + F4 hotkey. These can be disabled through either project settings or via group policy.

Most hotkeys which can interrupt Runtime can be disabled using project settings. However, some hotkeys such as Ctrl + L (locks the computer) or Ctrl + Alt + Delete (allows the user to perform system operations such as opening task manager or switching users) are not blocked. To block these, you will need to disable them using group policy for the Workstations.
Note: This will stop hotkeys from being executed on the machine as long as Runtime is running, even if another application is in focus.
  1. In your project, click Project Settings.
  2. In the General settings check Disable Hotkeys in Runtime. This will disable the below hotkeys while Runtime is running.
