Default RTLS Activity Report

The Default RTLS Activity Report is an Audit Trail report used to track command, status, and location changes for RTLS tag assets.

Note: This report currently only displays tag activity for the Actall ATLAS integrated system.

General Filters

The General filters are used to narrow down which RTLS events you wish to view in the report. By default, these options are set to All.

Asset(s) The specific tag assets to show in the report.
Action Type(s) The types of events to show (status, command, location update).
Action(s) The specific user actions to include in the report (e.g., acknowledge, move within zone, etc).
Zone(s) The specific RTLS zones to include.
Locator(s) The specific RTLS locators to include.
Assignee(s) The specific users who are assigned to tags to be included.
Username(s) The users logged in to the Workstations running Runtime to be included.
Computer(s) The computers running the driver to be included.

Date and Time Filters

Reports can be filtered based on the Date and Time for which the events take place. You can use a custom preconfigured setting, or a specific start and end date.

Custom Use a preconfigured time frame. This includes:
  • Current Week
  • Last Week
  • Current Month
  • Last Month
  • Current Year
  • Last Year
  • Today
  • Last Hour
Start Date The date and time from when to start pulling information from the logs.
End Date The date and time from when to stop pulling information from the logs.

Reading the Default RTLS Activity Report

Once generated, the Default RTLS Activity Report will display a record of RTLS events for tag assets. This information is displayed in a table format.

The table in the generated report displays entries for the following information:

Record Date The timestamp for when this event occurred.
Asset The Tag ID for the specific tag asset this event occurred on.
Assignee The person who was assigned to this tag.
Action Type The type of action that occurred (e.g., a location update).
Action The specific action that occurred in the system (e.g., tag exiting a zone).
Zone The zone the tag was located within during the event. This uses the logging description of the zone asset.
Locator The specific locator the tag resolved to within the zone. This uses the logging description of the locator asset.
Username The user logged in to the Workstation this event was logged from.
Computer The name of the computer the event was logged from.
