Interactive Workflows are assigned an Action on
Preempt. This determines how and when it is executed in the
queue.
To set a Workflow Completion Mode, follow the
steps below.

In Project Explorer, right-click on the Interactive
Workflow to configure. If it does not yet exist, you can Add
it.

In the Properties grid, select one of the below from the
Action on Preempt drop-down list.
Option | Description |

Save State |
When the current operating Workflow is
completed and there is a Save State Workflow
waiting, the highest one on the Workflow Banner
will run. |
Terminate |
These Workflows can never being in a waiting
state. They only appear in the Active Workflow
Banner when operating. If a higher priority
Workflow begins operating, this
Workflow will be terminated. |
Note: Only one instance of a Workflow can be active at
once. For example, if a Workflow Trigger is a button
press, only one instance of the Workflow will be
active. It can only be triggered again once the
Workflow has been completed or terminated.
