Map Title

The Map Title displays the Title of the Map currently displayed in a Map Container. This helps the operator know which Map they are looking at in Runtime.

To use a Map Title in your Display Layout, follow the steps below.

  1. In Project Explorer, double-click the Display Layout you want to edit or right-click to Add a new one.
  2. Drag and drop the Map Title from the Toolbox into the work area.
  3. The Map Title will by default be assigned to a Map Container in it's Display Layout. To specify which Container it should display the Title for, select the Container from the Select Map drop-down in the Properties grid.
Warning: If the Map loaded is not one the user has security privileges to view, the Map Title will be blank until the user navigates to a different Map.
