There are two types of alarms: latched and unlatched. Unlatched alarms will be
removed from the Alarm Grid when the asset status changes to a non-alarmed state. The
latched alarms will remain in that state in the Alarm Grid until cleared by the Runtime
user.
To clear a latched alarm in Runtime:

Select the alarming asset on the Map, or from the Alarm Grid.

Click the Acknowledge command.

By default, acknowledged alarms will appear at the bottom of the Alarm Grid.
To clear the alarm, select it and click the Reset command.
Note: To hide an alarmed state, you can execute the Mask
command instead.
The alarm will no longer be listed in the Alarm Grid.
