Execute Workflow Block

The Execute Workflow block allows you to trigger an Interactive Workflow before exiting another Interactive Workflow.

Note: When multiple Workflows are executed one after another, a Workflow may only execute once within that set. They will be executed immediately, regardless of priority. The selected Workflow must be enabled and assigned to the appropriate Workstations in order to be executed. The subsequent Workflows will use the same triggering item as the initially run Workflow. This will be accessible from the Logic and Action browsers in the Workflows to be executed.

To use the Execute Workflow block:

  1. In Project Explorer, expand Workflows. Either double-click a Workflow to edit, or right-click on Interactive Workflows and select Add to create a new one.
  2. Drag and drop the Execute Workflow block from the Toolbox and onto the canvas.
  3. Connect the Execute Workflow block entrance path to the last block to be executed before triggering another Workflow. Connect the exit path to a Stop block.
  4. Select the Execute Workflow block and set the Workflow to be executed. Select None to not execute any Workflows.
