Assets

Output

This asset represents an output relay on a device.

Required Property Grid Fields


Device	The device which this output is located on.
Bank ID	The identifier of the bank the relay is contained in.
Relay ID	The identifier for this output relay on the device.

Supported States


Masked	The asset has been masked over its true state.
Fault	An issue has been detected in a connected asset.
Acknowledged	An asset alarm has been acknowledged.
No Communication	Communication has been lost with the driver or asset. This status can also occur if the communication configuration for the system or asset is invalid. Note: This status is required in all status tables.
Active	The output has been turned on.
Inactive	The output has been turned off.

Supported Commands


Mask	Mask the asset's true state.
Reset	Resets the asset to its true hardware state.
Acknowledge	Acknowledge an asset alarm.
Cancel	Deselects all selected assets.
Activate	Turn the output on.
Deactivate	Turn the output off.

Device

This asset represents a National Control Devices board.

Required Property Grid Fields


Baud Rate	The data transfer rate in bits-per-second through a serial line.
Device Type	The type of device this asset is associated with.
Polling Interval	How frequently in milliseconds we are polling the device status.
Port Name	The serial port used to connect to the device.

Normal	The asset is online and in its default state.
Masked	The asset has been masked over its true state.
Fault	An issue has been detected in a connected asset.
Acknowledged	An asset alarm has been acknowledged.

Troubleshooting

Logs from the driver and Runtime can be viewed in the Debug Tools client. These messages contain information which can provide further context for issues during initialization, or while actively running. This can help diagnose problems.
