Find Kantech Door ID

To relate a Kantech door or reader asset to a door in the Kantech system, you must have the door ID.

To find a door ID in the Kantech system:

1. In the Kantech workstation software, open the Devices tab.
2. Click Door.
3. In the Door drop-down, select the door you want the ID for.
4. Mouseover the door. The ID will appear in a tooltip.

Enter the ID into the Door ID property for your door or reader asset.
