Workflows can be used to call up camera feeds to a monitor. This can be triggered by an event such
as an alarm or the selection of an asset.
To create a camera callup to a monitor:
-
In Project Explorer, right-click
Interactive or Background Workflows
and click Add.
-
Double-click the start block to set the trigger for this callup.
-
Add an Action block to the Workflow. Double-click
the block to configure the callup command.
Some camera systems have their own system commands for camera callups. Refer to that systems
plug-in page for how to use the command. If your camera system
is compatible with VideoFusion, you can also use the Camera Callup available
in VideoFusion with the below parameters.
Table 1. Parameters
VideoFusion Asset ID |
The ID of the VideoFusion asset to display the camera
callup on. |
Camera Asset ID |
The ID of the camera asset to retrieve the video stream from. |
Monitor |
The ID of the configured monitor to
call up the video feed on. |
Tile |

monitor to bring up feed on. |

Continue adding and configuring Action blocks for each callup you want
to occur. Ensure the last one is connected to the Stop block.
When this Workflow is triggered, your camera callups will appear in your video monitor.
