Assets
Ultra Asset
This asset represents the Metrasens Ultra device.
Required Property Grid Fields
Address | The network address of the Ultra device. |
Username | The username for the account to log in to the Ultra device. |
Password | The password for the account to log in to the Ultra device. |
Supported States
Normal | The asset is online and in its default state. |
Fault | An issue has been detected in a connected asset. |
Acknowledged | An asset alarm has been acknowledged. |
No Communication | Communication has been lost with the driver or asset. This status can
also occur if the communication configuration for the system or asset is
invalid. Note: This status is required in all status
tables.

Masked | The asset has been masked over its true state. |
Suppressed | Alerts for this asset are being suppressed. |
Unknown | The Ultra device is in an unknown state. |
Alert - Zone 1 | The first zone has detected a risk item. |
Alert - Zone 2 | The second zone has detected a risk item. |
Alert - Zone 3 | The third zone has detected a risk item. |
Alert - Zone 4 | The fourth zone has detected a risk item. |
Alert - Zone 5 | The fifth zone has detected a risk item. |

Supported Commands
Mask | Mask the asset's true state. |
Acknowledge | Acknowledge an asset alarm. |
Reset | Resets the asset to its true hardware state. |
Cancel | Deselects all selected assets. |
Set Volume | Set the volume of the alerts on the detector.

Suppress Alert | Suppress alert statuses for 30 seconds. |
Set Brightness | Set the brightness of the lights on the detector.

Set Sensitivity | Set the sensitivity of the Ultra device for detecting risk items.

Workflow Integration
Asset Commands
Asset commands are commands executed through Workflows at the asset level. For more information about Workflows, see the Workflows section.
Set Volume
Sets the volume for an Ultra asset.
Ultra Asset ID | The asset ID of the ultra asset to set the volume for. |
Volume | The volume to set the asset to from 0 (muted) to 10 (loudest). |
Set Brightness
Sets the brightness for the lights on the Ultra asset.
Ultra Asset ID | The asset ID of the Ultra asset to set the light brightness for. |
Brightness | The brightness to set the asset to from 0 (off) to 10 (brightest). |
Set Sensitivity
Sets the sensitivity for the risk detection.
Ultra Asset ID | The asset ID of the Ultra asset to set the sensitivity for. |
Sensitivity | The sensitivity to set the detection to from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest). |
Suppress Alert
Suppresses alerts from the Ultra asset for 30 seconds.
Ultra Asset ID | The ID of the Ultra asset to suppress the alerts for. |
Troubleshooting
General
Logs from the driver and Runtime can be viewed in the Debug Tools client. These messages contain information which can provide further context for issues during initialization, or while actively running. This can help diagnose problems.
