Communication Configuration
In the integrated system configuration panel, you will find the Communication Settings. The below information is required.
Server Address | The IP Address or host name of the Johnson Controls P2000 server. |
Real Time Data Port | The Port number for the Johnson Controls P2000 server connection listing for events. |
Username | The Username of the user to login as. This is typically a user created specifically for the Runtime connection. |
Password | The Password of the user to login as. |
Assets
Door
This asset represents a door in the Johnson Controls system.
Required Property Grid Fields
Duress Input | The identifier for the Input device to use for Duress. |
Forced Open Input | The identifier for the Input device detecting if the door has been forcibly opened. |
Glass Break Input | The identifier for the Input device detecting if Glass on this door has been broken. |
P2000 Name | The Name identifying this door in the P2000 system. |
Partition Name | The Name of the Partition this door belongs to. |
Propped Open Input | The identifier for the Input device detecting if this door has been Propped Open. |
Tamper Input | The identifier of the Input device used to detect if this door has been tampered with. |
Supported States
No Communication | Communication has been lost with the driver or asset. This status can
also occur if the communication configuration for the system or asset is
invalid. Note: This status is required in all status
tables.

Normal | The asset is online and in its default state. |
Masked | The asset has been masked over its true state. |
Acknowledged | An asset alarm has been acknowledged. |
Fault | An issue has been detected in a connected asset. |
Up | The reader for this door is in a normal state. |
Down | An issue has been detected for this door's reader. |
Lockout | The door can not be unlocked. |
Unlocked | The door is unlocked. |
Disabled | This asset can not be interacted with. |
Override | The door has been unlocked temporarily. |
Forced Open | The door has been forcibly opened. |
Held Open | The door was unlocked, and is being held open for an extended period of time. |
Glass Break | An associated sensor has detected a glass break. |
Duress | A staff duress has been reported. |
Locked | The door is locked. |
Tamper | The asset has been tampered with. |

Acknowledge | Acknowledge an asset alarm. |
Cancel | Deselects all selected assets. |
Mask | Mask the asset's true state. |
Reset | Resets the asset to its true hardware state. |
Lock | Locks the door. |
Pass | Temporarily unlocks the door. |
Unlock | Unlocks the door. |
Disable | Stops the door from being able to be interacted with. |
Enable | Allows the door to be interacted with. |
Set Access Level | Sets the access level required for this door. |

Input
This asset represents an input point in the Johnson Controls system.

P2000 Name | The Name identifying this input device in the P2000 system. |
Partition Name | The Name of the Partition this input belongs to. |
Supported States
No Communication | Communication has been lost with the driver or asset. This status can
also occur if the communication configuration for the system or asset is

Workflow Integration
System Commands
System commands are commands executed through Workflows at the system level. For more information about Workflows, see the Workflows section.
Set Access Levels
The Set Access Levels command is used to Set the Access Levels to a set of specified doors.
Access Level | The Access Level being set for the doors. |
Door Assets | The Assets corresponding with the Doors. |
Door Lock
The Door Lock command is used to lock a specified door.
Name | The Name of the door asset. |
Partition Name | The Name of the Partition the door is located in. |
Door Pass
The Door Pass command is used to temporarily unlock a door for a specified amount of time. Once the timer has expired, the doors are locked.
Name | The Name of the door asset. |
Partition Name | The Name of the Partition the door is located in. |
Unlock Time | The Time, in seconds, a door will be Unlocked for. |
Door Unlock
The Door Unlock command is used to Unlock a specified Door.
Name | The Name of the door asset. |
Partition Name | The Name of the Partition the door is located in. |
Troubleshooting
Logs from the driver and Runtime can be viewed in the Debug Tools client. These messages contain information which can provide further context for issues during initialization, or while actively running. This can help diagnose problems.
