VideoFusion
The VideoFusion integrated system provides video viewing and monitor layout integration for camera systems.
Definitions
Provider — A camera system capable of providing video feed to VideoFusion.
VMS — Video Management System. A third-party system for managing cameras.

Configuring a VideoFusion Monitor
When configuring a camera system that is a VideoFusion provider, select Monitor Configuration. Once a Workstation and Monitor have been selected, you can configure Monitor Layout. Fill in the below settings.
Name | The name of the Monitor within VideoFusion. |
Identifier | The ID of the Monitor within VideoFusion. |
Layout | The Layout of the Tiles that are available on the Monitor as configured in VideoFusion. |
Monitor Type | This must be set to Video Fusion. |
Integrated System | Name of the VideoFusion integrated system in Designer. |
Asset | The Asset ID of the VideoFusion video wall Asset. |
Assets
Video Wall Asset
This asset represents the connection to the VideoFusion system.
Required Property Grid Fields
Address | The Address of the VideoFusion endpoint. This must be in the format http://ipaddress:5646/VideoFusion. The Address can be copied from the VideoFusion General Settings in the API URL field. |
Password | The Password for connecting to the VideoFusion endpoint. This is set in the VideoFusion Security Settings. |
Supported States
Normal | The asset is online and in its default state. |
Masked | The asset has been masked over its true state. |
Fault | An issue has been detected in a connected asset. |
Acknowledged | An asset alarm has been acknowledged. |
No Communication | Communication has been lost with the driver or asset. This status can
also occur if the communication configuration for the system or asset is
invalid. Note: This status is required in all status
tables.

Supported Commands
Mask | Mask the asset's true state. |
Acknowledge | Acknowledge an asset alarm. |
Reset | Resets the asset to its true hardware state. |
Cancel | Deselects all selected assets. |

Workflow Integration
System Commands
System commands are commands executed through Workflows at the system level. For more information about Workflows, see the Workflows section.
Camera Callup
Brings up feed from a camera to a defined Tile in VideoFusion.
VideoFusion Asset ID | The ID of the VideoFusion asset to display the camera callup on. |
Camera Asset ID | The ID of the camera asset to retrieve the video stream from. |
Monitor | The ID of the configured monitor to call up the video feed on. |
Tile | The number corresponding to the tile on the monitor to bring up feed on. |
Save Video Panel State
Saves the configuration and layout (e.g., Panels, camera feeds, etc.) of VideoFusion to a file.
VideoFusion Asset ID | The ID of the Video Wall Asset we are saving. |
Filename | The name of the file to save the configuration to. |
Load Video Panel State
Loads a configuration of VideoFusion from a file.
VideoFusion Asset ID | The ID of the Video Wall Asset to load the configuration for. |
Filename | The name of the file to load from. |
Troubleshooting
Logs from the driver and Runtime can be viewed in the Debug Tools client. These messages contain information which can provide further context for issues during initialization, or while actively running. This can help diagnose problems.
