Find OnGuard Server IP Address

To connect Runtime to your OnGuard server, you must have its IP address.

Windows 10

To find the IP address of your OnGuard server in Windows 10:

  1. On the OnGuard server, open windows settings and navigate to Network and Internet.
  2. Select WiFi or Ethernet from the menu depending on which you are currently connected to.
  3. Select your active network connection from the list.
  4. The IP address will be listed as IPv4 Address under Properties.

Windows 10/Windows Server 2012/Windows Server 2016

To find the IP address of your OnGuard server in Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2016:

  1. Open the Windows start menu on the OnGuard server.
  2. Type cmd and press Enter.
  3. When the Command Prompt opens, type ipconfig and press Enter.
  4. Look for the appropriate network adapter, and find its IPv4 address.
