Find Genetec Monitor ID

Genetec Security Center camera callups can be configured for Genetec monitors rather than VideoFusion. In order to do so, the Monitor ID is required.

To find a Genetec monitor ID:

  1. Open the Genetec Security Desk software.
  2. In the top-right, look for the monitor icon. The number displayed is the monitor ID.

    For example, in this case our monitor ID would be 65.
